The problem

Last-mile delivery in Abuja runs on personal contacts and verbal pricing. Customers negotiate without reference points, cannot see where their package is, and have little recourse when something goes wrong. Riders have the mirror problem: inconsistent work and earnings they cannot predict.

What it does

Sarva Logistics connects customers with verified dispatch riders through transparent pricing, real-time visibility, and accountability that runs both ways.

Built with

Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Vercel, Render.

Includes

Installable as a PWA, OTP authentication, Live order tracking, Notifications.

Screens

  • The Sarva Logistics welcome screen on a phone, headed "We Grow When You Grow", with stacked Log In and Create Account buttons and a line of fleet partner avatars beneath them.

The problem

Nigerians pay inflated prices for everyday goods. Long supply chains, several middlemen, no price transparency, and enough bad experiences online that trust is the real barrier rather than price alone.

What it does

Lumen Market connects buyers to affordable goods through a marketplace designed around better prices and verifiable trust.

Built with

Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Paystack.

Includes

Live order tracking over Socket.io, Returns and refunds with automatic restock.

Screens

  • Lumen Market's storefront on a wide screen: a search bar spanning the header, a category bar, and a promotional panel headed "Everything you need, for less on Lumen Market" beside an illustrated shopping trolley.

  • The same Lumen Market storefront in dark mode, the panels and search bar redrawn on a near-black background with the orange brand colour kept for the logo and the primary buttons.

  • Lumen Market on a phone: logo and cart at the top, a full-width product search, a row of buyer-protection and returns assurances, and the promotional panel stacked beneath them.
Lumen Market on a phone, light theme. Phone capture.
  • Lumen Market on a phone in dark mode, with a warning strip reminding shoppers that Lumen never asks for a password or one-time code and to keep payments on the platform.
